Merkon Constructions was founded in 1986 by brothers Peter & Jim Mercoulia.  Today Merkon has around 60 full time employees and is also well served by dedicated teams of specialised subcontractors, suppliers and construction consulting firms as required, collectively making the unique Merkon difference.

Our highly skilled and dedicated team has built up a reputation of quality and efficiency with private developers, investors and government departments at all levels. Merkon is also an approved tenderer with the State Department of Infrastructure Victoria. Merkon Constructions has completed many projects throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area and CBD, country Victoria as well as Queensland, ACT and NSW. Completed projects include residential, industrial and commercial developments.
