Zagame’s Place is an upcoming boutique office space located in Hawthorn, Victoria. The existing commercial building is undergoing a full refurbishment. It offers customisable, flexible spaces set within stunning park-like gardens and balconies, designed by Jack Merlo. A striking three-story atrium houses a vibrant coffee shop, stylish lounge areas, and private, club-inspired spaces for collaboration and work. The office floors will also be redesigned to provide creative, customisable, and flexible workspaces, complete with balconies that overlook the new garden.
Currently under construction, the project is expected to be completed later this year.
